Interval Fitness Hikes

Take A Fitness Class On The Trail!  

Outdoor workouts for beginners to advance with timed intervals to hike and recover with bonus challenges along the way!

August – October 2019, Meeting at Eaton Canyon Park, Pasadena CA 91107

BASE Mondays 8am-9am 

Base level is great for beginners and those who want a low to medium impact workout.  Meet at the end of Eaton Canyon main parking lot.

POWER Fridays 8am-9:30am

POWER level hike is for those who are active and want a medium to high intensity workout.  Contact me for specific meeting locations.

$10.00 Suggested Donation. Bring water, small towel, wear comfortable clothes, shoes, hat and sunscreen.  A small backpack or fanny pack for water and personal items is recommended.  Modifications or taking extra breaks are always welcomed!  For your safety, please lock and conceal all valuables in your vehicle when parking.
